Refund policy

In the event you need to return your goods for an exchange, please simply return them to us within 7 days from the ship date. No exceptions. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be received in new, unworn, undamaged condition and with all tags attached if applicable. You may try on the item(s), but you should not already be using it in its ‘worn’ state. Item(s) found to have been used/trialed under unsatisfactory conditions will not be refunded or exchanged.
Change of mind refunds will be considered where shoes are unworn as stated above and only when shoes don’t fit accordingly. 

Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, please notify us immediately by email or phone to discuss. 
Some shoes may not be eligible for returns or refunds based on their brands. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by manufacturing fault within a reasonable time from date of purchase. Exchanges due to wear and tear are not eligible. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@evolvedanceboutique.nz once the email is received and confirmed we will give instructions on returning the item.

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” may not be returned. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to exchange underwear and tights even if returned unworn.

All refunds are for the merchandise price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please note there may be additional costs for rural delivery and at this time shipping is only available within New Zealand.

Evolve Dance Boutique is not responsible for any item packages lost in transit. As such, we advise all item packages be returned to us via ‘Track and Trace’ (or similar) method.
